    I have been feeling so overworked lately, between a seasonal day job I’ve been working and my nighttime shows. From a financial perspective, I can’t really afford to stop doing either. What can I do to de-stress??

    Well, look at the bright side. Your day job is just seasonal, right? So your schedule won’t be like this forever. Soon you’ll be back to just your nighttime shows. In the meantime, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy a hot bath. Cuddle up with someone special and watch a good movie. 😉

    Well, I don’t know any details about your daytime seasonal job, but you can always work less shows at night. You wouldn’t have to stop broadcasting, maybe just shorten the length or frequency of your shows. You have to find a way to chill out somehow; otherwise the stress will drive you crazy!
