I think I might be getting sick, which as we all know is bad for business. Yesterday, even though I slept well the night before, I was tired all day long. I went to bed early, slept in super late today, and I’m still tired. I could lay down and take a nap right now, if it weren’t for my long to-do list. I hope this isn’t the first sign of impending illness!!
I think how much sleep you get and how well you sleep can both affect how you feel the next day. It’s hard for me to function well off of 5 or 6 hours of sleep, but even if I slept for 8 or 9 hours, if I woke up every hour and a half, I’ll still feel tired all the next day.
I know what you mean, George. Personally, I’m not at 110% unless I got about 9 or 10 hours of sleep the night before. With everything I have to do around the house though, it’s hard for me to lay down early enough to get that much sleep throughout the week. Many nights, I end up only getting about half that, and after a few days, I’ll start feeling sickly, too.
