I have been working out for several months now and my appearance is starting to change somewhat. My arms and legs are becoming more toned and defined, and clients are starting to notice. It surprised me when a client commented on it, because I can barely see the changes myself!
Do your clients seem to pick up on changes in your appearance even before you do?
I think they do, and I’m guessing it’s because they don’t see us everyday. I’ve lost and gained some weight as I’ve been modeling, and clients always seem to notice before I do. Sometimes it’s flattering, like when I’ve lost some weight, but other times, it’s not so fun to hear.
