We have a policy concerning customer behavior and what they can and cannot do and say. In free chat, we have moderators that will warn customers when they become abusive and if the customer ignores the warning, the moderator will kick them out of the chat room. In private chat, it works pretty much the same way, except there isn’t a third-party moderator; it’s just the model(s).
